Responsibilities:

•         Participate and lead brainstorming sessions

•         Develop Design Documents to establish design direction and interaction patterns

•         Creat Experience Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes

•         Utilize user-centered design (UCD) principles to produce high-quality user experiences and interfaces for next generation DoD systems

  • Design portfolio showcasing digital design prowess
  • Demonstrated understanding of UX best practices
  • Strong knowledge of user centered-design approaches and usability principles
  • Knowledge of user experience testing and analysis, ideally observing and documenting usability tests and prototyping
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for meeting needs
  • Mastery of fundamental design disciplines such as typography, layout, color and animation
  • Proficiency with multimedia design tools
  • Established history of solid wireframing, understanding the UX process, communicating cross departmentally, experience user testing and prototyping, and a background in Design/UI/Development.
  • Bachelor’s or relevant combination of education and experience
  • U.S. citizen with at minimum a SECRET Clearance

Desired Skills:

•         Experience developing DoD systems



Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Secret clearance.
