Transit Planning and Design Technical Staff, Architects & Project Managers

Parsons is looking for architects, engineers and specialists to assist with a wide range of Alternate Project Delivery/Public Private Partnership (APD/P3) and design-bid-build/traditional project delivery rail and transit projects and programs in the Greater Toronto Region and beyond. These individuals will assist in the development of underground, at-grade and above-grade transit systems and associated structures, stations and facilities and aviation development.

Candidates will have expertise in project and program management, design and construction, including senior (10+ years of directly related or similar experience), intermediate (5-10 years of directly related or similar experience) as well as junior (2-5 years of directly related or similar experience) managers, building and landscape architects, planners, engineers, specification writers, and technologists (with expertise in computer-aided design, 3D modelling, passenger and traffic modelling, signage and wayfinding, accessibility, resiliency, safety, system integration, project controls, asset management and sustainability).

The range of engineering fields required includes experts in tunnels and tunnel boring machines, bridges, civil/municipal, track design and utilities. Professional designations required for senior positions include PEO (certified Ontario Professional Engineer), OAA (certified Ontario Association of Architects), PMP or PMC (certified Project Manager) and OALA (certified with Ontario Association of Landscape Architects).
