Role:

Under general supervision, responds to both routine and non-routine telephone inquiries about the company and/or its services. Incumbent is expected to follow established procedures and base his/her responses on information provided in standard company reference documents. May confer with Lead Call Center Assistant or Unit Supervisor regarding non-routine inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Responds to both routine and non-routine telephone inquiries about the company and/or its services.

Uses a computer system to track such calls and enters information regarding nature of call.

May assist in training lower-level Call Center Assistants.

Assists with processing and routing facilities service requests.

Performs administrative duties to support Facilities including filing, spreadsheets, and some research.

Processes vendor requests, OCRs.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 1+ years of relevant work experience.

Requires good verbal communication skills, demonstrated basic data entry skills, and a familiarity with established procedures and reference documents.
