As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for developing cloud-based applications supporting Sales and Service and work alongside the product team to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop automated and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
• Works with team members on development of specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and some custom code
• Communicate with Product Owner and other developers to design cohesive strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Expert in agile and dynamic delivery to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Provide administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Force.com, Workflows, data validations Triggers, REST API, with emphasis on Sales & Service Cloud and Communities
• Full comprehension of out of the box Sales & Service Cloud standard objects
• Experience in programming in AJAX, JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations and Application Development
• Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com, SOQL, SOSL query language
• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange/App cloud application integration.
• Experience of at least 1-2 End-to-End implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology
• Excellent knowledge of CRM concepts

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Developer
• Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 5+ years in application development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform and Development including template solutions like CPQ, Sales, and Service cloud
• 4+ years programming Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APEX & REST API, SOQL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models
• 2+ years’ experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL)
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools
• Deep insight into the technology sales sector and sales enablement
• Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum
• Experience in developing and consuming web services
