An integral part of Parsons overall growth and stability is securing large-scale programs with Federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE) and Homeland Security.  Developing winning proposals is a key to our success.  As such, we have a team of dedicated technical writers, editors, graphic artists, word processors, proposal coordinators, estimators, cost volume managers and proposal managers who support the proposal process from its inception to final the proposals.  Parsons is currently seeking a Proposal Center Coordinator to join this elite team.

Need

Our Proposal Center Coordinator will effectively manage resources and scheduling for a proposal center that has multiple concurrent projects ongoing at any time.  In this role you will you’ll be responsible for coordinating the Proposal Center operations, managing logistics, to include ensuring facility access is limited to those with appropriate security and badging, and maintaining adequate equipment and supplies.  Additionally, you will oversee and manage media/proposal production efforts, as well as assist in color team logistics, invitations, and preparation.  Additional responsibilities will be required. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or equivalent degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)  
  • 5+ years of related work experience in an administrative capacity, including some editing or publishing experience is required  
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a demonstrated ability in exercising tact and diplomacy for resolving production problems in stressful situations.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related software for desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and client presentations is required

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Prescreen Required clearance.
