Municipal Infrastructure Planning and Design Technical Staff & Project Manager

Parsons is looking for project managers, project engineers, technicians, technologists and specialists to assist with a wide range of Alternate Project Delivery/Public Private Partnership (APD/P3) and design-bid-build/traditional project delivery of municipal infrastructure projects and programs in the Greater Toronto Region and beyond.  These individuals will assist in the planning and development of municipal infrastructure including linear water infrastructure (potable, wastewater, and stormwater), pump stations, siphons, low-impact rainwater management, river and coastal engineering and modelling, and flood management engineering.

Candidates will have expertise in project and program management, design and construction, including senior (10+ years of directly related or similar experience), intermediate (5-10 years of directly related or similar experience) as well as junior (2-5 years of directly related or similar experience) managers, municipal designers, engineers, specification writers, and technologists (with expertise in computer-aided design, 3D modelling, water and drainage modelling, resiliency, safety, system integration, asset management and sustainability).

The range of engineering fields required includes experts in civil and municipal engineering, structural design, drainage design, civil/municipal and utilities. Professional designations required for senior positions include PEO (certified Ontario Professional Engineer), PMP or PMC (certified Project Manager) and CET or CTech (certified with OACETT).
