Parsons Federal Credit union is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic candidates to join our team! The successful candidate will provide our credit union members with courteous, prompt, and accurate service in person and via telephone.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships through the means of providing excellent member service to each-and-every member. 

Duties include: performing cash transactions in a Teller POD environment, be an active Call-Center agent, establish New Accounts, and fulfill all member service related transactions and/or requests received in person, or via electronic communication channels.


The desired candidate will have a dynamic personality, who builds relationships during every single member interaction, remains positive and resourceful in every situation, while maintaining a high level of professionalism at-all-times. Candidate must also be reliable with a strong desire to learn and must have strong oral and written communication skills. 

Proof of US Citizenship required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-year degree in accounting, economics, or business (or equivalent) preferred
  • Credit Union, or Banking experience required
  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience as a Teller, New Accounts Representative, Member Services Representative, Loan Processor required
  • Basic PC skills, including MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
  • Symitar experience preferred, but not required
