Job Description

Required Skills/Experience:

• An ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Seven (7) years experience as a HDE in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design or reverse engineering of the same is required. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional hardware design engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Modern verification techniques - building self-checking test benches, verification components (bus functional models, sequencers, drivers, monitors, scoreboards, etc.)
• Implementing functional coverage and assertions using SystemVerilog
• Solid understanding of object oriented concepts and designing class-based test benches
• Constrained-random, coverage driven verification environments
• Object-oriented verification languages (SystemVerilog, Vera, VMM, OVM, or UVM)
• One or more of the following, strong C/C++, Perl, Python or scripting
• Xilinx/Intel/Microsemi design tools and FPGAs (1 of the 3)
• VHDL, Verilog (1 of the 2)
• FPGA/ASIC simulation tools
• FPGA synthesis tools
• Strong oral/written communication

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Formal verification tools
• Embedded FPGA (eFPGA) (ex Flex Logix EFLEX or Acronix Speedcore)
• Embedded processors (ex Zynq or Microblaze or RISC)
• Use of IP cores FPGA designs
• Verification Environment Development

General Skills (Not all of these need to be met):

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.
