Job Description

This Test Engineer position requires both software testing and hardware testing experience.

The emphasis will be on testing embedded software running on custom ARM9 processor boards in both Linux kernel-mode and user-mode.

Required:

• An ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Eight (8) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Must have Linux experience
• Must have "intermediate to advanced" ability to configure and monitor network gear, e.g. channels, virtual router, private networks.

Desired

• Test automation experience is desired - ideally for both software and hardware test automation.
• Packet testing tool experience is a nice-to-have (e.g. Spirent or IXIA)
• Python experience is a nice-to-have
