Do you enjoy assessing facilities?  Enjoy traveling to different locations? Parsons provides program and facilities assessment support to a DOD client worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to evaluate and monitor field assessment data, assist in developing cost estimates, and support our global facilities assessment work.  Keys to your success will be your previous experience in conducting facilities assessments; as well as your knowledge of cost estimating.   


Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience), and typically 15+ years of experience in Facility Assessments is required.


- Requires proficiency in the application of engineering and architectural design standards, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Requires a working knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Project definition, planning and management experience preferred
- Ability to walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours/day) and climb ladders
